Corina Vucic – Director
Corina is the driving force behind the training and human
resources function of the business. Corina began her career with
Coles Myer before spending the 10 years in general management
positions with franchise business, including Autobarn and Clark
Rubber.
Corina has a clear understanding of the important role franchisees
play in the growth of the franchise system and maintaining good
franchisee/franchisor relationships. She is the current chair for
industry body, Women in Franchising and is a state board member of
the FCA.
Andrew Kelly – General Manager, PR Services
Andrew provides fully-integrated PR Services, such as
communications strategy, media strategy, media relations, media
coaching and training, corporate & executive profiling,
professional writing, event management, sponsorship leverage,
issues management and conference management. A member of the Public
Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA), Andrew has more than 15
years experience in franchise public relations and corporate
communications.
Gary Carter – General Manager, Franchising Operations
Gary provides fully integrated Franchise operations services,
including Franchise feasibility studies, business system
development, growth strategies, system diagnostics and
strengthening, training and development, network planning and
health checks in all operational matters.
As the former Tatts Lotteries General Manager Retail Operations,
Gary has more than 30 years’ experience in leading and managing
large multi-site Franchise and retail networks and has also worked
with other well-known brands such as Bevilles Jewellers.
Gary is currently the State President of the Victorian Chapter of
the Franchise Council of Australia.
Michael Sheedy – General Manager, Business Development and
Executive Recruitment
Michael is charged with the responsibility of heading the
founding division of FC Business Solutions, executive recruitment.
A talented sportsman who has captained Richmond Cricket Club and
worked in the AFL, as well as managing a sporting goods company,
Michael is passionate about people, is a tremendous leader and has
developed knowledge in the world of business, both in Australia and
abroad.
Jessie Caudry – Operations Manager
Jessie manages the day to day administration and operational
support of the business, as well as organising and managing FC
Business Solutions events and training programs. She has been a key
member in the business for the past six years and holds a
Certificate IV TAA.
Kim Annesley – Learning & Development Specialist
Kim's professional career includes roles in human resources
management, training and development, business strategy, customer
service and staff incentives within retail, hospitality and
corporate environments. Recent projects include redevelopment
of franchise induction programs and the creation of training
materials in line with national competency standards.
Rachael Morris – Learning & Development Specialist
Rachael is an energetic, positive, natural leader who places
high value on human resources and providing the opportunity for
further learning and development. Rachael specialises in group
facilitation, in-store coaching and training, providing end to end
training processes to support roll out of new business initiatives
and systems. Additionally, Rachael is able to plan, manage and
facilitate corporate functions such as team building events,
territory meetings and special events.
